[Activities] are all pretty good. They keep your mind moving. [Meals] are all good, from the salads to the soups and desserts. You have excellent chefs here. I Like to mingle and joke with the other community members. I enjoy the quiet dinning room. This is the nicest place.

We are extremely pleased with our decision. It is a wonderful facility, and my mother has been there for the past five months. The staff is consistently attentive, always available, and provides exceptional care.

My mother has been here since January 2025. We would give it 6 stars if we could. The care has been OUTSTANDING! The decision to place her was difficult, but we have no regrets.

She has dementia and does not advocate well for herself. EVERY time we come to visit, she is not in her room. She is out and about engaged in an activity, or watching TV with other residents.

She has been sick and has had outstanding care. The communication about any concerns is great. The cleanliness is very good both for my for my mother and for the building in general. We absolutely love the staff and the care given to my mother and entire family! We highly recommend it.

 My room was always clean, my bed was made every day, laundry services were reliable, and the aides were always cheerful. My favorite thing to do at the facility was go around in my wheelchair and meet new friends, and Happy Hour Fridays. I would recommend The Preserve. The whole place is very clean, the food is great, the staff is wonderful. This place is like a five-star hotel.

The Preserve is a beautiful facility. It is a great home for our grandma. They have a variety of organized activities throughout the month. The care she receives is great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The facility is neat and clean. It is wonderful to visit her and see her happy and smiling!
