Memory Care

The Preserve offers a secure unit to residents with memory and cognitive impairments. Our unit provides personalized care plans, daily activities related to the individuals life and interests and a calming environment that reduces behavioral disturbances related to dementia. Our unit is staffed with professionals that have been thoroughly trained in dementia with weekly visits with a Geriatric Psychologist.
